I saw someone suggest this before and it would be cool indeed. Also the hp/torque curve to have an idea of the shifting points would be nice .

I'd like to see the skidmarks I left on the track, when I come back the next time. The could vanish with each returning a bit more, so they have disappeared after 3-5 sessions.
Would be a big plus for immersion imo.
Maybe not for mp, but for sp.

 

You mean that they disappear more and more with time?

I would like to see empty public lobbies reset to practice mode when you join, too often I join and cant even get one practice lap in before it forces me back to the pit, or some type of vote before qualifying,
better yet would be practice only lobbies, just for hot lapping, AKA track days,

 

Race length by distance.

We already can set race length by time or number of laps, but it would be nice if we could to set it by total distance, in km or miles. Let's say that I want to race by 50 km, for example. I would set that value in the game menu and the game itself would calculate how much race laps would be necessary to cover that distance.

That feature would be very useful in championships. Thus, all the races of a championship could have the same minimum total distance, don't matter if the race is in Nordschleife or in Stowe Circuit.

 

I second this idea! For those of us who would like to simulate things like Trans-Am racing then we'd need a race distance option, please! Also for international races like Spa 1,000 kilometer race, etc. which are completed by distance.

When you‘re logged in scroll to the post to like and you‘ve on the bottom right several little icons to choose from.

 

No names in VR, a ball ache in mixed class races could you not just list the cars in the race (position bar) rather than class only. Proper pain, 1 car in class so in race have no idea which driver is around me or who im racing against.
Just list the drivers by position rather than group.

 

VR - A switch to disable vr movement when watching a replay, preferably in the replay so you could toggle vr movement on-off!

 

I like ghost car option. you can turn it OFF or ON

 

One thing that I would love to see is different controller profiles (button assignments) for different cars..and the option to select the different (named) profile.

For example: I have a button assigned to launch control for the WTCR cars BUT I don't need that button for DTM's so when racing that class I'd use that button for DRS instead

OR is there a way I can already do this but never noticed it?

 

This may be a repeat, but seeing your best times at a track in a list of cars or classes would be very handy. IE Pick Monza and all of your top times would be shown to you by class or just car model. Currently you need to scroll through all car classes one at a time to see if you have a time in there. Very painful. The data is there, you just can't get to it easily.

 

Now that is a really good suggestion. I agree and also found myself in a position where I wanted to map buttons for different cars without losing the primary profile. It would be a great feature and it is almost like must have!!!

Although, you can create a few different profiles and load as per your requirements but it would be a painful process loading profiles for individual cars. Too much work and too much to remember.

 

id love to be able to change settings (atleast key bindings and controller profiles) in replay mode

 

- Day/Night Cycle
- More Tyre option's
- No slow down's for off track's (normally Causes spins ) do it like iracing x1 etc have a limit of 20 etc
- Beeing able to kick grifer's from server's or ban them.
- Weather rain etc
- driver swap's for More 12 hour and 24 hour event's (such a good game but no team event's)
- Livery Creator (like Trading paint's)
