Problem Purchased Content not available

Hello there,
i have a big problem at the moment. I cannot use my purchased content. When i am in the ingame store, everything is marked as purchased, but when i go to the single player mode i cannot access my content and the purple "buy now" labels occur. Yesterday everything was fine. What can i do?

Have this problem too, but there was a message that said, they are working on their serves.

 

There's no message that I can see which means they don't know there's a problem, or their working on the servers and just being sloppy not making us aware.

 

It's not a planned maintenance or anything like that, but yes, sth's not working as it should right now.
We've informed the backend technicians, let's hope they'll figure it out soon.
