On Saturday I made the purchase of the premium package using my steam wallet, I received all the vouchers and the amount of the purchase was debited, however no content was enabled and I received no code to register the vrps. Worst of all is that you go to the helpdesk and deal with the problem, send the ticket but you do not receive any confirmation emails from that service. I invested good money in this purchase and am not sure if I can solve the problem or not. Disappointing !!! After the purchase, the game was off the air and returned only the next day !!
