A few things I noticed watching the telemetry...

The g-meter was totally off. Seemed random at times. :tearsofjoy:

According to the telemetry the car had 7 gears. Is this correct or another glitch from the telemetry?

I noticed that it looked like Moritz Kranz was able to completely (!) lift the throttle while cornering without (!) the car instantly trying to kill him. Another glitch in the representation of the throttle-telemetry or is the car not quite that tail happy after all?

After watching a bit more closely, it looks like the g-meter has been rotated by 90° clockwise. Then it makes sense.

Awesome, I really hope after this physic overhaul the cayman would not try to kill us virtually anymore on almost every second turn on the Nordschleife. ;) I can't believe the car is so bad to drive especially with all those lady- and gentlemendrivers taking part in this trophy.

Is this the (previous generation) Cayman 981c? What are the differences between the Cayman GT4 Clubsport (as seen in the GTR4 group) to this Cayman GT4 Clubsport by Mantey Racing?

The MR version is basically a CS but homologated to meet international GT4 specs.
All details regarding this conversion are condensed in the brochure attached below.

Thank you! It´s a little bit confusing because obviously a car (Cayman GT4 Clubsport) that is in the GTR4 category, wouldn´t it comply to the GT4 standards, too?

Well, "Cayman GT4" is really just a product name, similar to "Porsche 911 GT2". They are performance maximised versions of the base car, but they are still road legal cars. The Clubsport is Porsches own racing version of the Cayman GT4, built to be raced in the national Porsche Cayman Cup, but afaIk it does lack certain features necessary to qualify for an international SRO-grade GT4 homologation, which is what the MR package adds.
    Admitedly it's all a bit confusing. ;)
