I would guess you should be covered by the warranty?
    At least get it repaired.

Yes, I hope so. Have not used it for anything else than it is made for. Not my fault the default setting is so violent.

Yeah you would think it was made to hold for max settings as well!.. :(
I haven't used any effect higer than 0.8 though. Too violent. :D

After the recent upgrade of the NLM v3 software I still use the default settings. Works perfect.

Based on your feedback it indeed seems your unit is not working properly anymore .
Luckily the NLR support team is very cooperative and willing to solve issues.
Tip: a video of the 'issue' says more then 1000 words.

I have the last software, and I turned all the settings down to something I fell is realistic. But the settings for wheelhopping is on another page I was not aware off.

A wild guess, the left arm broke? This seems to be a known issue. Mine broke down after 1,5 years of use. You will have to send your unit in for repairs.

I sold my NLMv3 and went a different route, which feels like a really good upgrade. I build a SFX100 simfeedback motion rig. (full frame mover, 4DOF, D-box style, 4" actuators)

Which cost less to build than a new NLMv3
