* Maxime Pain has opted to give up his spot. Alexandre Vromant moves up as the 5th placed finisher in the rookie classification.

C License Classification:
Robin Fredriksson - direct qualification to bootcamp
Wilhelm Weirich - qualified for Essen Motor Show Joker Challenge
Nikodem Wisniewski* - qualified for Essen Motor Show Joker Challenge if he provides proof of a C License until Dec 5th.
Gergo Baldi* - qualified for Essen Motor Show Joker Challenge if he provides proof of a C License until Dec 5th.

* Wisniewski and Baldi have not provided a C License within the deadline. Therefore, Robin Fredriksson, who finished 2nd in the standings, gets awarded the direct qualification to the bootcamp. Since there were not any other entries with this license, if Wisniewski and Baldi can show proof of a C License, they will be allowed to start in the Joker Challenge.

 

Showdown at the Essen Motor Show for the Super Racer.
Adam Pinczes, Alexandre Vromant, Moritz Löhner and Wilhelm Weirich represented our online competition and competed against the drivers from the upracer events for a spot in the bootcamp, to keep the dream alive of becoming a real racing driver.

The car and track was randomly selected, it was Falkenberg with Lada Vesta. Each driver had 15 minutes to get used to the simulator and set the fastest time possible. Moritz Löhner set the fastest time and won in the rookie class ahead of Alexandre Vromant, who beat out Adam Pinczes by less than a tenth.
In the C-License class, Leon Harhoff set the fastest time and secured his bootcamp ticket, as well as Wilhelm Weirich.

Together with the drivers that directly secured their ticket online or at events, these are the finalists:

Super Racer Bootcamp!


After a series of extremely tough physical challenges and simulator sessions at the Upracer headquarters, only 4 drivers are still in the run for a full racing season 2019: Wilhelm Weirich and Florian Bodin in the Pro category, and Marcel Marchewicz and Marco Hinrichs for the rookies.



These four face one final task: Proving their skills on the real race track, in February.
