    Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone else is like me, and decides on a "main" livery to use for a car. For example, if I drive the F4 car I always pick the #3 Deutsche Post car, and for GTR3's I use the McLaren 650's #60 Garage 59 livery..

Anyone else does this, and what livery/car combo's do you stick to?

If you wanna save some money youre forced to anyways ;D
For most cars i have my favorites and drive those far more than the other liveries. But then theres gt3 where you have liveries from different series/events and there i normally run a livery that fits the track. Wouldnt wanna take a vln livery around bathurst or a super gt livery around the nordschleife for example. But if there are no (nice looking) liveries that fit ill run others as well

I just pick whichever I fancy at the time tbh. I like to race lots of different cars within a series too.

I mainly stick to red bull themed liveries because I have a red bull themed racing rig, and they are available in other games to such as dirt 4 and dirt rally. But other than that I try to pick the ones I don't see much on the track.

Usually, I choose the same livery for one car, or a maximum of 2 possible..
Often I get bored with the rest of the pack, especially when logos
are too many, sometimes they almost hide the line of the car.
I had good time with classic liveries where the creative paint is not fighting so hard with logos.
Porsche 934, Corvette Greenwood, Procar's packs... are a treat for me!

The Porsche 934 has some great liveries for sure, and the Procars look very creative, which I like.

If there is a team i'm familiar with I am more inclined to choose that way. But mostly what catches my interest stands out or i can relate to.

Usually I change the liveries, but there are 2 exceptions, 2 cars with great livery and my favourite colours:

Generally go for what I think will be the least popular as a rule but some sway me through beauty alone, problem is when there's a gap between updates (like now) I tend to fill out my livery portfolio, just for something to do, I know, #sadoldgit, only a few short now of the complete set, mind you, there is a couple that will never darken my garage and plenty I own that will never see the light of day. Some series could definitely do with some fresh new liveries and I do like S3's decision to release new cars with an assortment of liveries, from a variety of world series, green/yellow Bathurst M6 is one off the top of my wrinkly head that stands out, love it! Do hope some of the series can get at least a couple, some cars are exceptionally limited in this department, Audi Quattro GTO to name but one, which of course won't be getting any, bad example, o_O how about DTM '92, these cars were used in many series worldwide, with the single player car selector there is nothing stopping people running which ever series they want, in multiplayer, there would be plenty of variation.
Guess who's bored and unable to drive and has sod all to do on a Sunday afternoon?

I generally go for liveries that use my favourite colours, black with bright green accents. If that isn't possible then I'm not overly bothered to be honest. I only use cockpit view so can't see the livery while driving anyway. Sometimes I'll pick a livery based on the colours of the driver's suit instead, since the arms and gloves are what I can see!
