R3E In game spotter/crew chief ?

I have a very odd problem and was wondering if race room experience has its own in game spotter or crew chief. Not an app im talking about its own?
I dont believe I ever used one with R3E. But i have one giving me info now ?? And its the same voice in every sim i use......This one....IRacing.......AC ? Im not talking about the app Crew Chief. There is something working in these sims?? I have all in game spotters turned off in each of them but the same voice keeps feeding me info?? Its not funny....I'm goooooooing crazy.
Does anyone have any ideas?? This all started when i upgraded to Win 10??

 

R3E dosen't have an inbuilt Crew Chief.

 

Probably some other software. Z1 has a spotter, I think. Check your dash, telemetry soft.

 

The only thing existing is a radar spotter, as visible in a Web-Hud, I use Otter´s.

 

I hear Voices all the time

 

I used to also hear a constant nagging voice, divorced her and all is now peaceful and quiet!

 

This could not just be about the track announcer volume being set very loud?

 

Actually good point, but across all Racing Games?
I guess it is some kinda third party app
