Problem i cant start game

Hello can someone help me because i cant start game if i start i get fatal error

 

1. Firstly make sure that your anti-virus software is not blocking the RRRE(64).exe process from running. You might want to add it to the exceptions.
   
2. Also try disabling Windows firewall and run the game to see if it's the cause.
3. Verify your game cache from Steam: in games library, make a right click on RaceRoom -> Properties -> Local files -> Verify game cache.
4. If you happen to have a crash dump file, you could also join it in this thread.

 

i try everythink and still not work can you help me more?

 

Try to launch the game's .exe file as administrator to see if it helps.

I'm very inclined to think that this is anti-virus related.

May I ask you what anti-virus are you using?

 

i am using comodo anti virus

 

Then you have to add the whole path to RaceRoom in Comodo as an exclusion.

The two paths you have to add are:

• Disk (C or D) \ Program Files (or x86) \ Steam.
• And also: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\SimBin.

That way you will add the whole Steam folder as an exception with all games inside, and also RaceRoom files with your settings.
