TrackTime – Virtual Racing in Perfection! Plug-and-Play 3Motion Simulators for your Man Cave

Fichtenberg (Germany), August 29th, 2019 – At the ADAC SimRacing Expo at the Nürburgring from August 30th to September 1st, 2019 TrackTime presents the latest generation of motorsport simulators. The functional and compact TrackTime 3Motion simulators convey a realistic driving experience through their actuators. Due to their compact design and quiet operation, they are suitable for passionate SimRacers at home. The recommended retail price for the fully equipped 3Motion simulator with VR gaming PC (Lenovo Think Station P330 with Intel i5-8500 CPU, Windows 10 Pro, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD and NVIDIA RTX2070 GPU), 43" Single Screen, Direct Drive compatible ASCHER gaming steering wheel, Heusinkveld pedals with load cell sensors and Logitech Z506 5.1 speakers starts at 14,499 Euro. Further information is available at www.track-time.de

Millions of people play action and strategy games within their own four walls. In addition to the usual eGaming titles, an eRacing scene has also established itself in recent years. Many passionate SimRacers, players of realistic racing games, use various force feedback steering wheels, pedals at a desk or have upgraded to so-called gaming seats with bucket seats and mounting pads for the steering wheel, pedal sets, and gear shift as a static non-motion simulator. Motorsport simulations have become even more realistic with professional, multi-axis simulators that simulate the driving physics of the racing car and track using hydraulic cylinders or actuators. These systems often cost over 30,000 euros and are not suitable as home entertainment systems due to their sheer size and background noise.

TrackTime 3Motion-Simulators: Plug-and-Playsets for your Man Cave

The 3Motion simulators presented at the ADAC SimRacing Expo are simulators that use comparatively quiet actuators to simulate vehicle pitching over the transverse axis, body roll over the longitudinal axis and yawing over the vertical axis 1:1 with a precise crank thread drive. The interaction of all the actuators realistically simulates the entire driving behavior on the racetrack. Braking, acceleration, curbs, road unevenness, and even the loss of traction are reproduced without latency compared to other systems. "The idea for our 3Motion simulators came simply from our passion for SimRacing," explains Henning Piez from TrackTime. "Our compact simulator is able to give the driver maximum feedback on the entire driving experience on the track over a maximum area of two square meters". Thanks to its high-quality components, the entire system is extremely stable and torsion-resistant. Thanks to their compatibility with the SimTools software, the 3Motion simulators can be used with over 80 PC titles. The Silentforce actuators used are a proprietary development, comparatively quiet and extremely energy efficient.

Ready to Race: 3Motion and 3Motion Advanced Simulators

In addition to the simulator with its bucket seat, the silent force actuators and the "SimTools license" included in the scope of delivery, the TrackTime 3Motion is available as a fully equipped complete package including a modern VR gaming PC (Lenovo Think Station P330 with Intel i5-8500 CPU, Windows 10 Pro, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD and NVIDIA RTX2070 GPU), 43" Single Screen, Direct Drive compatible Ashtray gaming steering wheel, Heusinkveld pedals with load cell sensors and Logitech Z506 5.1 speaker set offered. "Our 3Motion simulator will initially be available in two versions for home use, which basically differ only in the bucket seat and the screen. Our simulators are ready to race; unpack, set up and drive off", continues Henning Piez. "Our computer with its graphics card is, also suitable for the use of VR glasses, which in combination with 3Motion perfect Virtual Racing". There are no time-consuming assembly steps or even editing of the hardware compared to other simulators. The moving parts of the actuators are located behind protective elements and all components are easily accessible thanks to the service cover. In the future, the 3Motion simulators will also be offered as individualized complete packages for various eRacing teams and motorsports teams. The recommended retail price for the 3Motion simulator is 14,499 Euro and the 3Motion Advanced (44" Curved Display and Sparco Grid Q full shell seat) is 15,999 Euro.
