Resolved Help with missing content

    Hi everybody!

    I'm Damir from Zagreb, Croatia.

    First of all sorry for my English and I hope that you will understand me, and second this is my first post on any forum, I'm just usually reading so sorry if I made a mistake.

    One week before I was buying r3r premium pack through 10000 vrp's. On the first usage of the game I wasn't sure it is all right. I didn't have access to change on my account anything except the name. I was receiving auto email for confirmation, and I was clicking on that link and think that is all right. I was driving a different car and track when I was noticing that 7 tracks missing from the pack.

    For all that missing track on the store page in the description write that track is available in premium pack, but only when you not log in your account. As soon as log in that description gone.

    Missing tracks : Autodrom Most, Chang international, Hockenheimring, Knutstorp, Mid Ohio, Salzburgring, Silverstone
    I didn't count Bilster Berg

    I was creating ticket 5/6 days ago on RaceRoom Racing Experience Help Desk In short description I was writing problem with missing tracks, but I didn't receive any information or email. Even under ticket info window wasn't assigned agent.

    I appreciate any help

    I didn't mention the missing some livery either, but this is not so important for me, I can live with that.
    An important sentence from the store is The Premium Pack contains ALL of the content currently available. I am referring to that sentence because of the missing content(tracks).
