searched for answer to this and found nothing. From what i see there is only qually in private? Coming from rf2 qually was with the whole grid ..is that available option somewhere in server settings?
Try setting qualifying to "standing start" rather to a "rolling start" in server settings. Rolling means you start all alone on a fast lap like in the leaderboards. Standing means the whole field starts out of the pits, each player whenever he/she's ready to go. There's an icon for it in the section of your selected tracks. If I remember right it's located left of that "time of day" icon.
