I had issues all evening so I would say the server is having problems or they are doing some maintenance. It was hit and miss and when I did get in, loading races or practice was very slow.
Anyone still having issues? I've basically been unable to play for two days now. I get in every once in awhile but most of the time after waiting 5-10 minutes, I give up and move on to AC.
What are your error messages? I cannot log in since 2nd January too. A messagebox on the spashscreen says: Can't connect to the server. Error Code: 0 I did several research, but couldn't find any solution yet. Something network related at least...
This error code is typically shown when the game is unable to reach the internet. Please verify that game.exe and RRRELauncher.exe are allowed through your firewall and are not being blocked by your antivirus programs. Next turn off everything, restart your system and then try to run the game. Andi
Some research steps I did: Tried starting the game on the notebook in the same network which failed Connecting the notebook to another ISP and could successfull start the game (closed out issue on notebook either firewall, windows, antivirus, steam, raceroom install or whatsoever) Talked to J-F which IP adresses are used Connection test: ping, tcp ping with 100% success rate Contacted ISP: nothing gets blocked by them Factory resetted ISP router Used wireshark to find any differences. Got quite deep into detail with that... tcp handshake is successful, but when starting the tls handshake the server sends a connection reset Maybe we have some tech nerd around here who can find any sense in this
I can log in about 2 out of 3 tries. I'm really thankful for that. I do hope others can have their problems sorted. This game is like crack! Um, not that I know what crack is actually like. So, um... yeah.
