Hi, new to the forum and fairly new to raceroom, I am unable to activate my email or typing in my email in my account settings gives me an error saying my email is already taken. I got r3e several years ago, but never got proper into it. Got into it in november and having great fun with it, even with my old outdated fanatec wheel. Since it is such a long time ago since I got r3e, I am not able to find any email related to email activation for r3e. I have sent a ticket with helpdesk, but how long do I have to wait for a reply?
Is there someone I can contact directly with this issue? Its been 15 days since I submitted a ticket om the helpdesk and no reply yet.
@Rath0s Im just trying to gain some info here to maybe help you sort this out. Are you able to sign to your account? If yes then also can you get into your profile page at the top of these forums or the website? If no does signing in ask for a password that you do not have?
Support tickets are not the best way to go usually, maybe you should contact @J-F Chardon or @Kitsune Magyar directly here or on Discord.
