Problem Raceroom down for anyone else?

Game stuck on "Starting..."
and the R3E site won't load past the banner.

 

It is the same for me right now.

 

Waited about 10 minutes still a no go. Forced close and tried again while monitoring in task manager, and after 3 or 4 seconds got the 'Not Responding'

 

Same here...played yesterday for a couple of hours with no problems; today, banner with no start and not responding in task manager.
tried deleting and re-installing..no go
tried compatibility steps in the executable..no go
tried looking here..still looking

I'm assuming that it was a server issue? I got on the day after I posted this and things were fine. You guys as well? When this happens, it would be nice to get a popup message from the game that says "Server Down, do not reinstall, do not diagnose. Get coffee, play something else."

 

@Teddie today I ran the steam verify files and let it do it's thing and now up and running, go figure...at least til next time?

I have forgotten the download cache section of steam.
Works like a charm.
