    R1 Oschersleben
Cihan vs. Garcia, Lap 1, Turn 2
Cihan goes in quite fastt into turn 1, and slightly taps Santos. Nothing bad happens to Santos, but Cihan gets into a slide and has to countersteer, where he slows down a bit
Garcia is behind Cihan, is all the way on the brakes until the contact, and has no chance to react to it.
    Racing incident

Jajovski vs. Baldi, Lap 12, Turn 1
Jajovski leaves the pitlane. Baldi is on the track and takes turn 1 and 2, taking the same line as other drivers (e.g. Keithley). Jajovski goes out of the pitlane really fast, and makes side by side contact with Baldi. Baldi loses 5 positions, Jajovski loses 3.
In this case, Jajovski is re-entering the track, and he has the responsibility to find a space where he can enter. Therefore he is at fault for the contact.
    Erhan Jajovski - 5 points, 1 strike

    R3 - Red Bull Ring

Schäfer vs Rüdinger, Multiple Laps, Multiple Corners

Rule 12.5 of General Competition states

‘’12.5 Track Boundaries The track boundaries are following the ingame penalties. In general, they are as follows: 2 wheels always on track, kerbs count as track. Track-specific exceptions will be explained in the gridmail. When you exceed the track boundaries, you will see a black and white flag on your screen and you are expected to give back the time gained. Exceeding the track boundaries is not allowed and will be automatically penalized with a slowdown penalty. You will see a time on your display. This time signals how much you actually have to slow down compared to the racing speed. Therefore, simply using a braking zone to solve the penalty will not work. If you ignore the slowdown penalty for 60 seconds, you receive a drive through penalty. If you finish the race with a pending slowdown, you will receive a 90 second time penalty. You have to move off the racing line in order to serve a slowdown. Keeping a car which has received a slowdown penalty on the racing line is a penalizable offense.’’

No Action required. Rüdinger always had 2 tyres on the kerb.

De Marco vs Baldi, Lap 8, Turn 3
On the run down to Turn 3 Baldi is behind De Marco, and makes a move to the inside under braking. De Marco reacts to this and tries to shut the door in the braking zone itself, as a result, contact is made and De Marco is spun around. From the in-car view it is obvious that De Marco’s move in the braking zone was made as a reaction to Baldi, and as a result, Baldi is not at fault for the incident.

Schäfer vs Siara, Lap 28, Turn 2
Siara is closing in on Schafer into Turn 2. Schafer tries to exit in the middle of the road to defend his position. As a result he is slightly slower through Turn 2 and Siara touches him in the back, unsettling Schafer’s car, and compromising his exit, allowing Siara to make the pass into Turn 3.

    Zbigniew Siara - Warning

    R4 - Zandvoort

Schäfer vs De Marco, Lap 1, Turn 11
De Marco dives for the inside of Schafer, who is already on the outside of Kappet and Siara, and makes contact with the rear right of Schafer. Schafer gets spun around and hit head on by Jajovski, and collected by several other cars.

Denis De Marco - 10 Points, 2 Strikes

Zerebiec vs Heinemann, Lap 2, Turn 9
Heinemann hits Zerebiec in the back under braking, spinning Zerebiec.

    Denis De Marco - 2
    Erhan Jajovski - 1
    Tim Heinemann - 1

    R6 – Hockenheimring

Murphy vs Heinemann, Lap 22, Turn 8
Murphy going for a late lunge into turn 8. He tries to closes a big gap on the brakes. Heinemann turns in earlier as Garcia in front of him. Since Murphy went for a lunge, he couldn’t change his line anymore and hits Heinemann. Heinemann spins.
    Murphy - 5 Points, 1 Strikes

(This points penalty is in effect for Shootout 3, but not for Shootout 4. It just hasn't been posted here.)

    -------

    R7 - Sachsenring

Emre Cihan vs. Tim Heinemann (Race 1, Corner 1, Lap 1(start))
Heinemann dives to the inside of Cihan and forces him to go wide. Heinemann takes the position with contact. Half penalty since it is small contact.
    Heinemann - 2,5 points

Christopher Högfeldt vs Emre Cihan (Race 1. Lap 9 just before Emre goes into pit), turn 13 (Sachsenkurve))
Heinemann and Cihan are side by side, both of them brake hard, Cihan tries to switch underneath Heinemann, Heinemann tries to block the move, and Hoegfeldt makes a move to the inside of Cihan. Cihan makes contact with Hoegefeldt, who nearly spins as a result. Even though Cihan is attacking, he still needs to be careful of other cars making moves against him.
    Warning Cihan

Emre Cihan vs. Tim Heinemann (Race 1, after the corner 13, Lap 9)
After the previous scene, Cihan is on the inside of Heinemann, with an overlap as they run toward the final corner. On the straight Heinemann makes an aggressive chop to the left, causing contact with Cihan, and forcing Cihan to brake hard to avoid a more serious accident. Half penalty.
    Heinemann - 2,5 points

    Strike overview:
    Denis De Marco - 2
    Erhan Jajovski - 1
    Tim Heinemann – 1
    Eamonn Murphy - 1

Due to a mix up, the penalties awarded in the last round have been too high. It has been adjusted, and the correct penalties are listed above.

Emre Cihan & Marko Pejic vs Tomasz Mironowicz - Race 2, Corner 1(start), Lap 1

De Marco gets a good start and gets alongside Mironowicz and Ogorodnikov 3 wide. Mironowicz tries to outbrake De Marco, who himself brakes late considering they are in the pack heading into turn 1. Mironowicz then turns into De Marco in the braking zone, pushing De Marco into Antonov, before collecting Pejic and pushing him into Cihan as well. Cihan then gets spun around and collects several more drivers including Vromant and Barrier. The spin also forces drivers to try and avoid the incident and causes even more instances of contact between several more drivers.

This scene is totally unnecessary for the start of the race, and caused by someone turning into another driver in the braking zone. We can’t accept such behavior in a high class race which is the last chance for anyone to get qualified.
Driver Mironowicz Penalty 15pts Strike 3, Driver De Marco Penalty 5pts Strike 1

Tim Heinemann vs. Leon Rüdinger - Race 2, Turn 1 (start of the race) lap 1
Heading into Turn 1 Heinemann switches lines as he starts to brake, across the front of Rüdinger. Rüdinger attempts to avoid Heinemann but makes small contact. The slight extra speed causes Heinemann to tag Pinczes mid-corner and lose the rear end of his car, across the front of Rüdinger, who pushes the front of his car straight again.
    No Action

Vincent Jarschel vs. Egor Ogorodnikov - Race 2, lap 1, corner 3
Into Turn 3 there is some bunching up between Heinemann, Gassner and Antonov. Jarschel has to brake to avoid touching Antonov, but is then hit from behind by Ogorodnikov, and spins out.
Driver Ogorodnikov Penalty 5pts Strike 1

Tim Heinemann vs. Kirill Antonov - Race 2, Turn 3 (start of the race) lap 1
Going into Turn 3, Antonov gets into the back of Heinemann, before giving several more small nudges through the corner before Heinemann gets into a tank slapper on corner exit. This causes Heinemann to run across the nose of Antonov, who in turn is forced to run across the nose of Gassner, which forces Heinemann wide and across the grass. Heinemann then rejoins but clips the side of Antonov and spins his car.

All in all it is a hard decision because Antonov & Gassner trys to avoid Heinemann at all costs. Nevertheless Antonov hits Heinemann severall times. So we based the decision on “contact with no position loss” and “unintentional contact with small time loss”
Driver Antonov Penalty 5pts Strike 1

Emre Cihan vs Tim Heinemann / Tim Heinemann vs. Alexandre Vromant - Race 2, Turn 5 (start of the race) lap 1
Heinemann attempts to rejoin the racetrack after the previous incident by flick spinning his car, coming to a stop on the apex of the corner. This causes Cihan, Mironowicz and Barrier to all have to take major avoiding action. Cihan goes off-track and spins, Mironowicz as well has to save a spin. Vromant is on a line to try and avoid Heinemann to the inside but Heinemann just stops on the apex, and Vromant can’t avoid contact and slams into him. This rejoin from Heinemann was totally unacceptable, he should have waited for a clear track before attempting a rejoin.

This was yet another very hard decision. If this would be an ongoing series then we would have decided for a double penalty. Nevertheless the race for Cihan and Vromat was badly affected. This was a careless rejoin, which needs to be punished.
Driver Heinemann Penalty 5pts Strike 1

Christopher Högfeldt vs. Adam Pinczes - Race 2, Lap 19, Turn 3
Into Turn 3 Pinczes hits Högfeldt in the back and spins him out.
Driver Pinczes Penalty 5 Strike 1

Race control vs. Alexander Dornieden - Race 1, Lap 1, Turn 1
Dornieden had a rocket start and tried to gain even more positions on the brakes. Unfortunately, he lost control over his car and hit Jesper Eriksson. Jespers car didn't show any reaction. Dornieden stayed cool and caused no further inconviniece.

Bence Banki vs. Jack Keithley and Moritz Löhner // Race control vs. Kuba Brzezinksi - PitStop
Keithley, Löhner, and Brzezinski found a tolerance in RaceRoom which allows the driver to exceed the pitlane speed without getting any ingame penalty. The tolerance seems to be 10% of the maximum pit lane speed. All drivers were cautious about it and drove 85 kmh/h as maximum. The time measured from pit entry to pit exit was 36.89sec for Keithley which gave him an advantage over Wisniewski who took 37.76sec. Löhner and Brzezinksi couldn't utilize this for their advantage.

There is no clear specification in the rulebook [1.03]. After lots of discussions which always ended up with "no further action" we asked the head of stewarding of the official ADAC GT Master to share his experience with us. This steward has a long time experience in many different series like DTM or F1. The conclusion was that there was no clear rule about it, so we have to treat this situation as a "grey area". There will be no further penalties for all 3 drivers. But there will be rulebook changes for the 2nd race of this season to close this loophole.
