    I mean, it looks awesome.
    Apparently the performance is great.
    But....the sound. :(

    No, it's a 1984 911 SE, with a Kremer body-kit. Plus a few modifications of his own.

I like Porsches, but one of the main reasons for that is their incredibly distinctive and super-cool sound. So nope, I don't like that car.

That would be really cool if they put an engine back in it..... 1000x no for me.

I feel like it's my duty to counteract this nonsense. You can thank me now.

A bit more of this insanity.
Take a look at 11:30, and keep your eye on the speedo.
I still don't like the sound, but that thing's got torque for days. :D

Yah, I think it was Don Garlits who built an electric AA fueler type chassis dragster. Thing could do low 6s, but it was SO anticlimactic because it just made no sound. The tires burning on the track was the only thing you heard.

The car is an assault on my eyes and an offence to Porsche. Terrible looks. The gear toy thing is a bad joke. The dashboard is an affront. The... noise... is... Okay, lets leave it here. I hate it, from A to Z. There is nothing in it I could like. That is the ending of a never begun friendship with Kremer bodykits.

That it is electric, is the last of my concerns. I question e-mobility for practical and infrastructure reasons and costs, not because it is electric. Actually I like e motors of any kind, they are very efficient and powerful if done well, and need much less maintenance.

I'm all for the electrification of cars. As long as its not a historically or culturally significant car.

Taking an actual race winning 935 and electrifying it: burned at the stake as a heretic.

Some random model road car with mods already on it: go for it.

I do plan on getting a Volkswagen Beetle and converting it to electric, if money allows one of the newer models, if not probably a 70s or 80s one
