Does anyone from Sector 3 read these threads?

The reason I ask is having had the dreaded Server not responding I did a search and found their YouTube vids and they seem very disinterested in the server side of the game

Not trying to be harsh but do you think the Devs are not hard at work fixing problems all the time? I am not a programmer or even a great PC user but it does take time to search out the issues that come up in this game.

 

Be as harsh as you want, I have very thick skin

I appreciate they are busy, we are all busy. However customer service forms an important piece of the business jigsaw
