    Race 1

Markovic vs. Ottaviani, Lap 2, T11
Ottaviani goes for a dive into the hairpin from quite far back.
Markovic is also a bit late, thinks about defending, then opens up the steering, locks up the fronts, and goes wide. Then, Ottaviani still pushes Markovic.
This is a strange accident, since we think Markovic will run wide anyway in the corner, but Ottaviani still brakes too late. Therefore we give a half penalty
    Alessandro Ottaviani - 2 points

    Moving on to final:
    Christopher Högfeldt
    Adam Pinczes
    Julian Kunze
    Bence Bánki
    Norbert Posan
    Alessandro Ottaviani

    Stewards note:
On this race, there were far too many incidents. Most of them were not caused by malicious moves, but by careless driving. Not leaving enough room, braking too late, pushing when there is contact ahead. This is a competition with prize money, you need to bring your A-Game in terms of awareness and fair-play. If you cannot do that, we have to give penalties.

    Race 1

    Szoboszlai vs. Jäger, L3, T1
Jäger goes for a move into turn 1, cannot quite hold the line and spins Szoboszlai and forces Sljivic wide.
Sören Jäger, 4 points, 1 strike

    Race 2

    Werle vs. Pignataro / Fiduci, L1, T1
Werle and Pignataro come together in turn 1. This scene is 50-50. Pignataro drives on the kerb on the inside. After the kerb has begun, Werle comes over and does not leave a lot of space especially for lap 1. After touching the kerb, Pignataro also runs wide into Werle.
Pignataro has to recover his car, and Fiduci drives into the back of him, which causes both Pignataro and Werle to go wide. Fiduci has little time to react, but all other cars around him slow down more than he does.
    Leandro Werle, 2 points
    Roberto Pignataro, 2 points
Gianmarco Fiduci, 4 points, 1 strike

    Søvik vs. Scalari, L1, T2-3
Armiento is drifting wide in turn 1. He comes back towards the inside and makes contact with Scalari. Scalari and Armiento lean on each other, contact boosting each other and Scalari drives into the back of Søvik, half spinning him. Armiento is also pushed by Caserta.
Jäger gets pushed by Armiento and then Scalari. Jäger runs over grass into Scalari and Armiento. Caserta pushes Armiento into Scalari. Scalari gets pushed into Søviks way. They make a tiny contact on the exit.
Søvik, who drives fair, loses many positions to drivers who just drive careless.
Sören Jäger, 4 points, 1 strike (driving over the grass and causing contact)
Antonio Armiento, 2 points (turning into Scalari to cause the initial contact)
Marcello Caserta, 4 points, 1 strike (constantly driving into the back of Armiento and causing further contact)
Luca Scalari, 2 points (not slowing down after the contact with Armiento, contact boosting and sending Søvik into a half spin.)
Jäger is banned from participating in the Dubai qualifier.

    Søvik vs. Costa, L1, T5-6
Costa swerves into Søvik before T4 on the straight, causing contact. On the exit of T6, Costa swerves into Søvik again and illegally gains the position. Dangerous driving from Costa.
Mickael Costa, 4 points, 1 strike

    Szoboszlai vs. Werle, L3, T3
Szoboszlai and Werle make contact in turn 3. But Szoboszlai here just comes across Werle, leaving no room. Not Werle’s fault. As Werle gains the place, it is a…
    Racing incident

    Sovik vs. Sljivic, L3, T2-3
Sljivic spins in T2 after contact with Pignataro (not reported). Sljivic then re-joins straight into traffic, spinning Sokovikov and forcing Søvik off the track as a result. Double penalty.
Boris Sljivic, 8 points, 2 strikes
Sljivic is banned from the Dubai qualifier.

    Markovic vs. Fiduci, L3, Hairpin
Fiduci tries to pass Markovic in the hairpin. On the apex, he does not leave enough space and goes over the kerb while Markovic is still on the inside. Almost a great move by Fiduci, but he left slightly too little room.
    Gianmarco Fiduci, 2 points

    Race 3

    Pfeifer vs. Romanenko, L1, T6
Romanenko makes a dive on Pfeifer, cannot hold the line and gets a slide, hitting Pfeifer and costing him positions.
Kostiantyn Romanenko, 4 points, 1 strike

    Prete vs. Benedek, L2, T15
In the hairpin, Prete has to be careful behind Markovic. Benedek is quite late on the brakes and locks up the fronts just before contact with Fiduci. Fiduci then turns into Benedek, which pushes him into Prete.
We think Benedek would hit Prete here anyway, but Fiduci turning into Benedek contributes to an even bigger accident.
Prete is completely innocent and loses many places as a result.
Balint Benedek, 4 points, 1 strike
Gianmarco Fiduci, 4 points, 1 strike

Fiduci is banned from the Dubai qualifier.

    Moving on to final:
    Martin Stefanko
    Martin Kadlecik
    Tim Jarschel
    Simone Prete
    Martin Barna
Matija Markovic (on tie breaker: more 3rd place finishes)

    Strike list:
Gianmarco Fiduci - 2 (Race ban: Dubai)
Boris Sljivic - 2 (Race ban: Dubai)
Sören Jäger - 2 (Race ban: Dubai)
    Balint Benedek - 1
    Kostiantyn Romanenko - 1
    Mickael Costa - 1
    Marcello Caserta - 1

    Stewards note:
Surprised by low amount of reports. That race wasn't that clean, right?

    Race 2

Mackenberg vs. Garcia, Lap 1, Hairpin 1
García misses the braking point and hits Mackenberg. Very close to double penalty, but in the end Garcia tries to avoid when he locks up, therefore we leave it at a single penalty.
Nestor Garcia, 4 points, 1 strike

    Moving on to final:
    Florian Hasse
    Max Pfeifer
    Marcello Caserta
    Carlo Luciano Bedin
    Leon Otocki
Kristian Kwietniewski (on tie breaker: more 8th place finishes)

    Strike list:
Gianmarco Fiduci - 2 (Race ban: Dubai)
Boris Sljivic - 2 (Race ban: Dubai)
Sören Jäger - 2 (Race ban: Dubai)
    Balint Benedek - 1
    Kostiantyn Romanenko - 1
    Mickael Costa - 1

    Stewards note:
We expected a nightmare with reports after the 3 qualifiers, but honestly the racing was pretty good. Of course there were some unreported incidents - just a reminder: You can also report, even if you finish outside of the prize money. On the long run it will help the league.

    Aragon

    no reports

    Silverstone

    no reports

    Spa-Francorchamps

Rüdinger vs. Hasse, Lap 1, Turn 1
Garcia and, to some extent, Jarschel, overshoot the first corner. Rüdinger taps the back of Jarschel, and gets a push from Hasse after he was slowed down. Accordion effect.
Kunze taps Pinczes, Pinczes taps Fiduci, which sends Fiduci into Hasse, who gets pushed into Rüdinger again on the exit and pushes him off the track,
Not Rüdinger’s fault, but no one can be blamed for it.
    Racing incident

Rüdinger vs. Keithley, Lap 1, Last corner
Keithley slots in just ahead of Pinczes on the left side coming up to the final corner, making slight contact with Pinczes and then immediately brakes for the corner. Pinczes has no chance to react and taps Keithley, who taps Rüdinger. Rüdinger gets into a slide but keeps the place initially.
The move itself from Keithley is good, we think it’s not an overlap for Pinczes, but he puts Pinczes in a situation where he has no chance to react or avoid contact, which ultimately affects Rüdinger. Therefore:
    Jack Keithley - warning

    Nürburgring

Kunze vs. Barna, Lap 3, Turn 1
Barna goes on the inside at turn 1. Kunze turns in when Barna has an overlap and they make contact. Barna does push a bit on the exit, but Kunze initiated the contact.
    Racing incident

Kunze vs. Barna, Lap 4, Turn 2
Barna has the inside and is slightly ahead of Kunze. He runs out of the corner, and taps the brake. This is a difficult scene, we are not sure if he is brake checking to prevent an undercut, or tapping the brakes to prevent running off. Overall, this can lead to dangerous results, even if it stays clean on this one
    Martin Barna - warning

Kunze vs. Barna, Lap 5, Turn 2
Barna taps the brakes again, this time closer to the apex, which blocks Kunze again.
We think, after watching the lines from other drivers (Pinczes, Rüdinger), that this is a valid line in the corner and his speed is similar too.
    Racing incident
