Could do with some tips too. It seems to bog down horribly then explode to the rev limiter in half a second damaging the engine till you change gear, then the jolly cycle starts again. It's also weird in the corners. Bloody 4wd turbo nonsense too much like hard work for an old giffer like me
I saw a documentation about Audi IMSA GTO. Can't find it right now. Strietzel Stuck stated he couldn't handle this car until he learned left foot breaking. Maybe braking while keeping throttle applied was the trick. Just a guess.
Which would work well but for the fact that you need your left foot to stamp on the clutch every half a second cos the damned thing smashed through the damned gears so quickly. My brain just can't keep up
Left-foot braking is what I do, and yes try to keep revs up by touching the throttle. However, when the turbo-lag really kicks in, not much you can do. Except wait. Heal and toe could be an option, never tried...arthritis in my joints...
