hello, I'm trying to assign my wheel (leo bodnar simsteering 1) and although its being detected when I go to assign left/right in edit assignments its not detecting. Ive tried turning all the way left/right, return to center etc etc. PS Everything works fine in other games (ACC etc) so I know my wheel it working. PS it was working on my old PC (this is a new PC I just setup and re downloaded the game from Steam. PPS I unckecked all the general controller setting on steam. but still having the same problem
Try to recalibrate and recenter your wheel in the SimSteering Configurator. If the game still won't recognize your inputs you may want to check with DiView if a full wheel lock shows as a 100% input. The problem is that the game only accepts a device if an axis is completely moved to 100% and if the wheel calibration isn't correct the game won't see an input.
