Non-standard characters have already been a problem in the past. Not in the driver name, but for sure in the profile name as these characters end up in the URL to your profile.

Game name and user name, Game name is a name in your portal but the account name is the name you use to sign in. example. with one of the accounts you posted. https://game.raceroom.com/users/Kingpin2610/ The account name is Kingpin2610 Daniel Müller is a portal and game name not a sign in name. The user name is Kingpin2610 right? There is no "ü" or "." in the account name.
