This is not good when on track many Audi #7 and all of them drive by one pilot. Raceroom! GIVE ME MY CUSTOM LIVERY! I agree pay you for upload my own livery with price of common livery in RR's store. Nobody wants to race with name of other one. Only RR dont allows custom liveries. This is very very very bad
I wonder if there are other dealings with the Partners who give them the license to use the the series cars. Maybe that is why you can't?
Custom liveries would require a massive amount of development to get working, which would be a total waste of time in my view given all the other things that effort could be used for. It would also likely change the relationship RaceRoom has with the various entities it runs competitions and eSports events for. It's not going to happen so please give it a rest.
J-F specifically mentioned that the way the liveries are dealt with within the present engine makes custom ones impossible. So unless there's an engine swap or at least the graphical part, custom liveries are not going to happen. So whine all you like!
It's clear now. The present engine is what makes things harder to deal with. Obviously there are limitations. I think Sector 3 is doing a superb job with the present engine, probably maxed out and still going strong. All in all, it is better to keep this engine and game going as is and if there are plans to move to a whole new engine, it may as well be a whole new game.
