Hey guys, I need a little help here... It's the third time I'm having this error and I don't know how I can be fixing it. I searched the internet about it and didn't find anything. This is hurting me a lot in Ranked races because I'm losing a lot of points when the game crashes. The game always crashes at the end of the first round. Sometimes this error occurs and sometimes not. Can anyone help me with this? Here is Crash Dumps:
I had the same problem. My pc had a mild overclock. I removed the overclock, and I haven't had a crash since.
Hi, I've just had a nasty crash where I seemed to lose control of car and audio and it caused my wheel to spasm out. When I tried to exit back to menu I got the message that the game had crashed and send the dump file etc. The audio was breaking up and stuttering before it crashed so I could tell something wasn't right. I do have XMP turned on for memory to run faster. Would this cause the issue do you think? Can Raceroom handle overclocks or XMP? I can turn off if not but it means I don't get the benefit from the faster RAM. Thanks in advance.
Im dont know what the first posters issue is , the devs havent seen the crash dump , but the windows exception code points to the memory overclock possiby being the issue , so i asked yhe question to get more info As you know we are on patch day , so this probably wont get checked for a few days , so im just tring to get the maximum of info before Andi
Cheers for the reply Andi. I'll wait for the patch and then if I keep getting the issue I'll create my own post with the dump file. Is there a way I can read the dump file? It doesn't seem to be a text file. Might be able to troubleshoot it myself if I see the error. Thanks.
