    Hello,

I remember having this problem with a different car a long time ago, not sure if it fixed itself but anyway, been some time since I last played RR, decided to join a GT4 race and this bug happened again. I tested the new AMG GT4 and it was fine.

The car doesn't accelerate properly and stops at around 88.

    Thanks.

Just a guess to rule that out: are you using an old setup for the lotus maybe? Try resetting to the default one and see if that helps.

I don't think I had any setup, used default values for everything and the problem persists.

Maybe try a different input device like keyboard to rule out a controller issue.

Keyboard the car accelerates just fine, well now that's weird. Back to pedal and the problem returns, and it's only this car.

maybe you want to delete your in game controller profiles and start with defaults as there might be some deadzone or senstivity setting that is screwed up. Either that or it´s the driver setup of the wheel. You could map accelerator to a wheel button and steering to the pedals just to see if the problem transfers.

Do you have a handbrake assigned in controller bindings?

I never ever use handbrake, but I checked, there was a button assigned to it, I removed and it fixed the problem!! Makes no sense, since other cars were fine, only the Lotus GT4 specifically had this problem.

    Thanks!

Yep, so the handbrake was engaging all the time.

No issues with other cars as most don't have one.

Problem solved :D Enjoy your racing!
