Raceroom crashes when clicking on "Pitstop Presets" button. I have verified integrity of game files, without any luck. Any advice? Have also been looking at this FAQ, without luck: https://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/kb/articles/game-is-crashing-on-windows-10
Thanks for posting @Michael Andersen. I have been coming to this site pretty much daily since 2015 and I had no idea this other site - https://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/ - existed. The information you posted might help me with my BSOD triggered almost every time I am in the Results screen. I will give it a try. It seems that some of us are having problems with game stability related to the web menus. In my case its a BSOD in the Results screen. DDF Racer often has a game crash at the end of sessions as well. Clearly it's not happening to everyone all the time but it would be nice to track down the cause. Good luck with your issue.
Found the problem. XML file containing the pitstop presets was corrupted some how. Got a new file from a new installation and everything works again.
