Stuck in the pits at Portimao GP on the GermanSimRacing.de Server. Trying to drive a CR1 or a Silhouette at Portimao at about 6:25am CEST Wednesday and stuck in neutral. Transmission is a automatic. Cars work fine in practice and leaderboard mode. Why? "Nash"
Maskerader, could be, but the RPM's (audio & video) are revving up in neutral. I notice this on a couple of other servers a couple of days ago but I could not remember there names. "Nash"
Ah, so it was even simpler then I thought. The server rules are set to "manual + autoclutch" so it won't let you use automatic transmission.
Maskerader, I guess they didn't think about people with disabilities like me (Cerebral palsy right side. I drive with my left hand only) that have to drive in automatic. Maybe they will change some day. Thanks Maskerader " Nash"
I believe steam wants me to install Raceroom. It is gone off my F:. Steam will not show my F:. It wants to install it in my Steam folder on C: or on my D:. How do I get it to offer my F:? I got two steam folders now. one on F; and one on C:. I don't have the delete option on ether. This is what I get when I click on properties "Nash"
You can install it on C: too (there's plenty of room). If you want to install it on F:, go to Settings - Downloads - Steam Folders and click "(+)" to add a new folder, call it F:\SteamLibrary or something.
I did a search for the results folder on my C drive. Four different results folders in four different simbin folders in my games. I got the one that is my current race. Is it alright to just delete the other three simbin folders? Simresults works find for me. Nash
To be honest, I would just leave the other folders as they are. The game might just create them again anyway if you delete them.
