No rubber banding for sure but I do agree even with a suitable fixed difficulty level on certain turn exits AI have turbo mode. No matter how you nail your exit they just on another level. I make up on other areas of the track so its no big deal for me at the moment.
I totally agree. Often while making up my mind on what track to race with AI Im starting to think: "Nah, not this one... I know excatly where I'll be much faster and where I'll be left behind..." "Neither this one, too predictable..." This spoils fun a bit for me. I really prefer racing with real people as you never know what to expect Sadly I rarely have an opportunity to use multiplayer these days.
At which point you should come to the forum and let us know about it. We rely entirely on reports like that to improve AI behaviour.
Alex, its mostly what is already known for a long time. AI tend to be faster on long turns, while hairpins are the parts they often take a little bit slower. You're right though - I'll make a post (soon ) with a list of turns worth looking into.
