Problem Is raceroom going to look at my ticket?

    I have opened a ticket more than a year ago. This company blocked 4 of my static IP for no reasons and they do not respond to my requests.

    I'm tired of all this. Today after a pause in the game I wanted to log in and surprise surprise - The IP I was using before to play the game is blocked. Changed my IP to one of my allowed pool and that I never used before and it works just fine.

    If it is not resolved or I don't get any response I'll just start a lawsuit against them. I'm just tired of that. Spent a lot of money on this game and I cannot even play.

    As you can see. No response from support. I just being ignored.

    Can you check your emails spam folders even i believe the answer is in there

    Sadly there's nothing there. I also looked in the ticket I opened and there was no response there as well.
