Problem vRP not received

I participated several time attack competitions for many months and won several time at the first place, but I only received one vRP reward..
Could you help me ?

These prizes weren't sent yet. There's a big delay, yes, but the only thing you can do it wait.

 

The first time I won a competition I received quickly reward vRP (march 2023), nothing since then until now.. ( and all the so-called random in the first 10 )

 

No, what I mean is that there's a big delay this time, not that there's always a delay. First they were too busy, then there's an issue with some email services that don't receive emails from Raceroom. When it's all fixed, the prizes will be sent.
