I bought DTM 2015 to try it out, when i tried to start a championship session the loading screen is just black with mouse cursor, and a flashing "wait" blue ring. Game never loads, have to task manager out of it - any suggestions? I tried regular R3E championship, no problems
Hello, Sounds like the game is locking up for you for some reason. Could you send us the game.log file from the session in which this error occurred? Also, if you could check the Windows Event Viewer for this time/date and see if Windows has caught what caused the error that could be real helpful.
the same here! can play dtm 2015 in raceroom (leaderboard, etc..) , but can´t play it stand alone in a Championship. After the menu there is no loading Screen and after a while (very nervouse loading circle) the pc freeze. the second Problem after the update, it´s very thrilling to come in the game or have error 503 or a black Screen without loading.
Hello, Do you have any game.log files from that session? Could you also check the Windows Event Viewer to see if they've logged any errors at the time that this issue occurred?
Yes, are those ones from sessions where you've encountered this issue? Also, as I said in my previous message, when the game freezes without creating a crash dump the Windows Event Viewer can sometimes have some good information in it. To get this information from the Event viewer: · Open the Windows Start menu · Search for Event viewer and open it · In the window that appears you'll see several lists. Look at the one on the far left. · Click the folder called "Windows logs" and in the list inside of the folder, select "Application". This will bring up a list of events in the center part of the window. Look for any event labeled "Error" and check the time stamp so it matches your start-up attempt. Select the error event and take a screenshot of, or copy, the text that appears below in the section named "General". We are looking for lines called "Fault offset" and "Exception Code". These could point us toward what caused the issue. Then please send us the image or text so we can investigate it further.

log file attached from same issue just tried it now as far as deleting "Browser Data Cache files" are we talking in your standard browser like chrome? tried deleting those, same issue. AHA! SOLUTION: delete all files from "C:\Users\xxx\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\BrowserData\Cache" Thanks!!
Yeah definitely an issue here. Can confirm that clearing the cache data as per the above post works as a fix. RRREWebBrowser.exe throwing multiple exceptions until cache was cleared. Log file from just before I cleared the cache attached.

Not sure if you use Nvidia graphics card but if you do you could try what I did I had this problem and fixed it by uninstalling GeForce Nvidia experience. Probably I could have updated it but I only use the graphics drivers anyway and don't need the extra stuff. I do still need to do the other fix too, deleting the browserData Cache.
Thanks Hannes, but your solution won't work for me... But when I pick no opponents championship, instead of 33 of them... succes! I'm in. Weird thing! Championship with no opponents... For now DTM Experience 2015 is useless for me. Maybe Sector 3 find some solution for this weird behaviour of this Experience... Cheers!
What if you try the actual number of opponents that you'd have in the DTM 2015 season? This would be 23 Opponents.
