    Hi,
Yes, 6 or 7 players were on the server.

I've tried a lots of things, like :
    - reboot the PC
    - reboot Steam
    - reboot the modem
    - disable antivirus
    - disable firewall

    Nothing change :/

I'm with Windows 10... but friends are with Win10 too and no problems...

    Re,

Some news after a day of testing all I think about...

With an other PC, same internet connexion, multiplayer is morking. But with my game pc, impossible.
All is the same (firewall rules...) betwen the two computer. But one works, not the other one...
And of course, it's the gaming one witch doesn't work !
Uninstall/reinstall the game many times, installed in C: , F: ... always the same error.

    Tried to change DNS, same...

    Bored :/

Maybe should you upload a log file, you'll find them here:
    ..\My Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log

There's a log file for each game session, select one on witch you tried and had the issue

When I had the same problem it turned out to be my router. Try a reboot of router. Also try a wired connection to the router with the gaming computer. And also try to connection from gaming computer to the modem . Just to see if bypassing router helps.

    Thanks for reply ;)
I've made a lots of tests since Sunday. This was made.
I'm totaly lost, and don't know why this happen with only my gaming PC...

One thing... when I'm launching R3E, in the UPnP IGD of my modem, a port appears (48164 UDP for gaming PC). For an other PC which works for R3E multiplayer, it's the 19441 UDP which appears...

    Why ?

I was trying to redirect these ports for the gaming PC, but always the problem...

I am not sure on that port issue. I had to set a static ip on both my computer's. To get my router to play nice. Maybe do some Google searching on the modem for more information. Hopefully someone comes along with more information for ya . Good luck,

Because of the way UPnP works, it use a random port N# on a free range of ports.

All I can say for support is, that I have that issue randomly - mostly with PW protected Servers BUT not generally/regularly -just recently I found that after clicking "join race" and pre-selecting the model I want to drive I have to wait half a minute before selecting the specific livery I want (or in case clicking another one) - don't ask me why but mostly it works then - weird but true :)

Hope it could be that. But no, tried at the moment... don't change anything.

What is strange is that in the multiplayer list of servers, I don't have any ping listed...

Just had a quick look in the board to search if someone already had this issue.

One solution came out: starting steam as Admin.
    Did you try this ?

May not help, but worth testing

    Hi,

    Some news.
In case of, instead of disable the antivirus (Kaspersky), I've totally desinstalled it. And, bingo.
Without antivirus, I can connect to multiplayer servers. Reinstalled it, and the issue appears again.

So, how can I definitively solve this, playing with kaspersky ? Tried to add r3e steam folder in the exceptions, don't solve the issue.

I'm so close to solve that, if you could help me :)

Check if there are any setings in antivirus regarding constantly checking data trafic going in and out and try to disable that when you play. or if you can specify what ports not to check trafic on

Edit: forgot or if there are a seting under exeptions for runing proces add RRR.exe to that exeption list.

    hope that helps ;)

    Hi Mich Angel,
Tried a lots of things, impossible to make multiplayer working with Kaspersky Antivirus installed.
Kaspersky removed, another AV installed. Not the ultime solution, but works.
