Released 04-Feb-2016 RaceRoom has been updated (hotfix)

One can create a dump file manually for frozen processes in task manager I think.

 

I got this sexy dump for ya right over here :O
But in all seriousness I had the game crash on me in a server running the DTM 2015 cars at Nurburgring when switching to the race and got the dmp file. Should be attached. Hopefully it can help, but it's worth noting that I had many other programs running at the time (OBS, Chatty, Steam, Internet).

 

Glad to see they are working on it, sorry to see it's still on going. Bugs you can't easily reproduce yourself are the worst kind!

 

Hi guys, the freezing issue is something we're looking into. It was something happening before the hotfix as well though.

@mjayy have you experienced these freezes before the hotfix patch?

Any chance you can also attach the game log from this session? It's in your R3E User folder in documents.

 

Sometimes its freezing sometimes its crashing completly. And i have those problems for like 2month now...

 

I didn't see any logs with the same numbers, but I found 2 that seem to be from the same day and have attached those. Hopefully one of them is what you are looking for.

 

I gave you a dislike just because I'm curious about what happens if you receive 1,000 of them. I presume it means we'll all get the Nords for free.

I had a freeze today too .... :-(

 

The picture froze today while I was in pit lane between qualifying and race. However, when the lights turned green I could hear my engine and felt in the wheel that I was accelerating and hitting something

 

Certain dedicated servers have crazy things happen to them....
