It happend first time 2 weeks ago, but it fixed by verfying by steam site. Game worked perfectly till two days back. Now it crashes at start with message File Error: "File ´C:\User\MYname\Documents\MyGames\SimBin\RaceRoomRacingExperience\UserData\Log\Game_2016_02_25_20_28_00_889.log´:K.". Nothing else. Game don´t make any crash file dumps or em. files. I have tried verifying and reloading, but still it won´t run.
Strange issue, a log file produces a file error? You could try to delete the whole documents folder of the game, this: C:\User\MYname\Documents\MyGames\SimBin\RaceRoomRacingExperience\ It will be re-created when you launch the game the next time. Maybe there's some corrupted files in there.
Weird Thing... That guide you wrote about, didn´t fix the problem. But when I messing with steam start options happend something unusual. Game didn´t write log files or those rrre files. 1. I give administrator priviledges - nothing. Still same file error. 2. I make compatibility with win 8 - crash and dumpfile. But it did wrote also those rrre files. 3. compatibility off - game runs normally !!! WHAT HAPPEND???
Solved. It is Steam witch have to restart and login again. Every time, when Steam updates. So, it wasn´t your fail.
