Problem Impossible connection

Impossible connection I cannot connect in the gameplay: error 2104 user connect error
But my password and my mail are right...
I don't understand ???

If so, it's probably some backend issue and should be fixed asap.

Oh, so the page is loading but when you enter your credentials you can't log in? Then you might be trying to connect with a wrong user name or password.
Are absolutely sure there's no typos or such?

 

Yes I'm sure. It says that I need to keep my steam account linked etc then gives error 2104 plus there are others having the same issue

 

This can be caused by backend problems in game, but if you're saying that you can't log into the portal via your web browser either then there's something wrong with the log in data or the accounts that are connected.

If you could enter via browser then I'd suggest to unlink your steam account from your RR account and re-link them, this has worked in the past.
As you apparently cannot log into your account yourself, the only sollution I can suggest is to open a ticket at the helpdesk: http://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/
The guys over there should be able to fix the issue manually if there's really sth flawed in the account linking.
