its good its good. took me a few try. Seriously getting annoyed. You never know what you're going to get. Like right now. I am trying to change settings and save it and it looping.
I just got kicked from the game and when rebooting it says 'backend services unavailable'. Might be related?
Guys i am on call tonight for work. If i get paged during race 1 i might need a few minutes to sort out what kind of urgency that paging was/is for. If its going to be a urgent one i might have to drop from race 2. Appreciate your understanding on a possible few minutes delay between race 1 and race 2
I got hit in the chincane on lap 1 to fall last. and I drilled Darke on the last turn a few laps later.
Hungaroring Race 2 lap1 at the chicane was a horrible exhibition of lacking patience by some front running drivers. After viewing the replay I'm very disappointed, thought we had better drivers in the league than what was displayed. It's a reverse grid race with slower guys up front, please keep that in mind for future races. Cheers
I've always been against stirring up situations to make them go boom and I always choose a more diplomatic approach when treating this kind of topic so I don't see why here are we calling the front runners mediocre drivers. Chicane was problematic and I agree that patience and attention should be exercised with more care, especially in the first laps when we're all packed, but I'm happy with our drivers and I'm also VERY happy by the fact they're accepting penalties that come from their actions without questioning cause they are aware of their mistakes. Accidents happen, especially during a champ where everyone wants to legitimately fight for their spot in the leaderboard. Even the fastest and more skilled can make mistakes, we all know that, and it's a matter of a split second before a couple of cars tumble away off track. It's a must not to make the "accident event" a constant and we need to race with that in mind but if that happens and noone reports and drivers settle down things peacefully it's a lesson learned and most likely it won't happen again... in the near future.
I had a bump with Steen after some braking distance mishap between us on the first turn. No issue, we both continued on and we talked after the race and its over with. Sean and Paul Darke had a bump in. They talked in the channel and all is good. Issue happen, its part of racing online. Not a single item has been reported to me for review after both race. So that's a good sign.
Wish I could do more, but, as my mother has gotten more sick, I have had to get more hours working. including now on saturdays. so I just wanted to let you know.
I believe we have a good group of drivers and in time we're going to start seeing everyone's strengths and weaknesses (preferred tracks, cornering techniques) I look forward to future championships. As for that chicane, I tried to keep a good line but never pass there. The car in front will be too unpredictable and there's no room. Just stay close and setup for the next 3 corners. Patients! id rather stay behind then crash, being first through that one corner doesn't determine the winner of the race. Maybe a prayer as part of that group hug, pastor? Before each race
