Fanatec Problem

I am new to this game and so far it has been a nightmare for me.
First I had very bad stuttering which was fixed due to the help in this forum.
The next problem I have is that the game does not detect my Fanatec Wheelbase V2 Universal Hub.
As you can see windows does detect it flawlessly and other games like Project Cars and Assetto Corsa work without any problem.
What do I have to do to get this game recognizing the wheel?

I use 2 different universal hub without any problem. Try to delete your profile and to update the firmware and the driver Fanatec

 

They are up to date. V 231.

 

Do you have the xbox or pc universal hub? Is your power light green or red when using it?
