Problem Error 503

    I'm getting Error 503 Portal Services Unavailable. anyone having this problem? or know how to fix?

    Someone from Sector3 have any solution to the error 503 , it's been five days that I can not play R3E , already formatted the computer, already reinstalled the steam and the game several times , did a scan of the files and my R3E keeps asking me User and password and giving 503 error .
