    You have to copy it to your Raceroom-CarSetup-Folder under
    ..My Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\CarSetups\Lausitzring
    After that you can find it in your Carsetup-Page for Lausitzring in the game.
