Yeah it definitely finds itself in a tricky spot. My main thought in putting it in the GT category was because I was under the impression it was more akin to these X-Bows (http://www.x-bow-battle.at/en/gallery/?year=2016) than the road or X-Bow R version of the car.
Wtf, what a way to ruin a Caterham Chuck a roof on it call it something else, ruined, totally ruined I mean, wtf is this if not a Caterham
It's er..... a Donkervoort! Chris. Thanks for the replies guys...maybe a worthy addition to the X-bow class?
As much as i like mixed cars etc , some of the best racing i have ever had has been in single make single class cars .... So i dont think the KTM needs any others with it Andi
Well, I was waiting for @Christian Göpfert to be the smarty, but it seems he's still in bed. Actually it is based on a Lotus Super Seven designed by Colin Chapman. Caterham, beeing a distributer of Lotus, assumed production rights after Lotus stopped the Seven. Donkervoort applied modifications to the chassis of a kit car to obtain type approval for dutch streets. So Donkervoort as a sports car brand was born.
Is that like its a RUF it isnt a Porsche Lol Fisch, i was gonna question you on your use of wiki but thought id give you the benefit of the doubt, i`ll know better next time
