I love the 917

 

70s 911 Carrera RSR; 935; RS Spyder

 

919 - H to start... 956 Lemans, and one car I would have loved to see run is 9R3.

 

I would be absolutely happy if we simply got the 956 and the 962 - my favorite Porsche's of all time.

Okay okay, you make a good argument.

 

The power of a good picture (and one of the hottest cars of all time).

I tried to keep it sfw by not showing a picture of its...massive pipe.

 

I can see why:

 

The Beetle, all the others are just imitations.

Actually only half-kidding, pretty sure the Beetle would be a blast to drive over the limit, aka 60.

 

There are so many Porsche I would like to see. At least one car in every existing category, in which a porsche fits and for sure a the Carrera Cup.
That would mean at the moment:

• Porsche 935 (Group 5)
• Porsche 911 GT3 R (GTR3)
• Porsche 911 GT3 RSR (GTR2)
• Porsche 919 (P1)
• Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (new Cup)
• Maybe Porsche 944 GTP as a competitor for the BMW M1 Procar (Raced 1981 together in Le Mans)

And than a few others that I'd like to see:

• Porsche 917
• Porsche 911 RSR (MY 1975) --> BMW 3.0 CSL Batmobil would be a perfect match
• Porsche 956/962 --> Depending on possible opponents 962 was nearly just an update due to new crash-rules
• Porsche 911 GT1 (MY 1998) --> together with all the opponents in that years FIA GT1
• Porsche Cayman GT4 --> VLN

 

AND ALL 911 GTR 3

 

I think I had got one as a knee-high boy, but never thought it sounded that awesome.

 

And the 993 GT2

 

A nice concept car, yummy yummy!

 

I posted this over in another thread, but I would gladly pay for a full Porsche pack for R3E full of racing classics, as it could open up a slew of new racing classes:

• 917/30 could usher in a full CanAm class
• 956/962 could bring on the Group C heavy hitters (Mazda 787, Merc C11)
• GT1 could go toe to toe with the Nissan R390
• RS Spyder can be added to the current prototype field
• GT4 (my personal ride) could bring up a full GT4 class
