I've just bought the F4 car from the store and after the purchase it took away the double of the price. (I had 2.011 vRP before and after it showed 1.593 vRP). I logged out from my account and logged back in and now it shows the correct amount (1.802 vRP), so it seems it's not a problem within the payment method itself. (I'm using Chrome Version 54.0.2840.99 m atm, if that helps)
I confirm this bug ! Purchased GT Legends Experience for 626 vRP, got charged 1252 vRP. Was about to open a support ticket when seconds before sending, remembered reading this here. Opened game again, now my vRP balance is correct. I bought that pack from within the game btw. Greetings
Hi guys, As you probably noticed, there have been some severe performance issues with the servers, one of the issues is the balance shown not updating immediately due to cache being slow. Unless something gone really wrong, these should be only visual and the balance should show the right amount after a minute or two.
Does anyone know how long it takes for VRP to show back up? Had 1106 left after purchase then went down to 0.
For me, as I said, it only took closing and restarting the game. Maybe 10 minutes between the purchase and remembering this thread/restarting the game.
Thanks for the reply. It was several hours before VRP came back and then did it again. I guess I'll wait it out this time around.
