i'm ok, but not much time for that. devs had to fix or explain this.
i'm using a desktop machine with win8.1 now (tried different machines with win7 and win10) no external machine, just from browser.
tried that, now i can use a password, but no luck. this is all i got.
installed with steam, tried to install 4.7.2 again, said already installed.
Sorry for not mentioning details. tried differen browsers, deleted cache etc. tried run as admin, deleted sector3 folder and tried again, tried...
this thread, and this and this threads, still not working. any ideas? devs?

uninstalled and reinstalled from steam. checked cache, running admin, tried compatibility options. no chance. But it works in my win8.1 desktop.
