You should have a bindable key in the options to mirror HMD to screen.

I know, and yes, its a huge improvement. Now we have what every other sim (10 years ago, too) has.

OK, Nissan, Ford an RUF have same (place holder?) displays, but the look better than before. Its ok. Hoping for real displays on new cars (whenever they come).

Lets test them on the new circuit.

 

To be honest, I don't know much about the changes regarding the Fanatec SDK and it's implementation. May well be that those don't work with the old controlset files and requires new ones. :/

That would also only be an ETA, release dates depend highly on a range of circumstances, including our (testers) findings. But in the past few months they more or less released an update at the end of each month, so I guess monthly updates at the end of a month are something they aim to do regularly and can be somewhat expected.
I get that it would be nice to know for sure in advance tho.

 

Having issues with my DOR keeps changing while, i'm driving on my Fanatec CSW 2, real hard to maintain a line round the bend when the steering angle changes. Also I have what looks to be a debug color box rendering on my sky when i look up in VR.

 

Delta in Display is fett, too.

Before the patch was differentiated between the whole Rim (BMW or Formula) now only complete 1Setting? Sometimes you change the attachments and the buttons are then assigned differently then overwrites you almost its existing profile which is indeed a littel bit bad can you change it?

So you're implementing stuff without checking what is happening to working control sets and without any kind of warning too backup the settings, or better write them down to a piece of paper. Lucky me, I did that, or that would have been the second time I'd had to rebuild everything from scratch.

So, for those of us that play multiple sims am I correct in understanding that we can no longer use the "-vr 1.8" or similar to supersample from within either steam or simexperience? If that's really the case, that means I need to open the steamvr settings each time, set the value i want and restart steamvr. Once I'm done, i have to undo the changes so they don't affect the other games. Oh....and how do i launch with these values in simexperience now?

How does this help us again? Seems like this just became a royal pain in the butt for a simple item. Perhaps we can get a file like iRacing or AC where you set it and leave it alone.

 

Where would I find the file to enter these settings?

 

There isn't one for raceroom, but I really hope they create one shortly.
