The lack of car labels is really hindering me in online racing

 

PLEASE don't bring this coleslaw bulls**t to this place. It is a reason why I left that abandoned place. 100s of pages about somebody's coleslaw and coat...

 

Could you explain a little, player\driver names?
Which car labels, where?

Am i having a blonde moment here?

 

Little text labels above objects, that say stuff like "Car", and "Tree", and "Track". Maybe.

Just had a really nice race online, GT3 on Lausitz with George Ortner, when I went into pit I could not "approve" the pit menu.
Could only do cancel or change change tyres, but then still no way to proceed.Only way was to cancel , so I quit the race.

I have not driven any races with pitstops for a long time, and last time I had the same issue.

Question: Am I doing something wrong when I do a pit request before entering the pit area?
Or should I just go in to it without requesting a pitstop?

 

the problem is that I could not confirm the pit action. It was not selectable.

 

looked at the stream of George and I was doing the exact same thing, just that I could not confirm and there weree others having the same issue. So it seems this is still not resolved.

 

even after you were in the pitlane you can't confirm it?
It is normal on track, that you can't confirm it. But after entering the pitlane it should be accessable.

 

Nope, AI took over and parked in pit, I could not do anything. The tyres and fuel parameters could be changed, but it did still not let me confirm the pit action. I pressed cancel and it started to drive to pit exit. but no fuel or tyres were changed so I hit esc and bailed out. Race was ruined by this stage anyhow.
