I get a 0xeedfade error everytime I try to launch the game. I've tried reinstalling and verifying game cache to no avail.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried uninstalling every program / ended all processes that could interfere. Unfortunately I'm still getting the error.
Hmm For all I know that hints at a DLL error indeed, what might be causing it is difficult to say for me. Guess you're gonna have to wait for sb from the helpdesk who can analyze the crashdump and maybe tell you more about what's going on from what's in there. Hang in there.
Hello there, Very sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the game. Just had a look at your crash dump, and from what I can see the crash is occurring in NPClient.dll. NPClient.dll is a dll-file associated with the NaturalPoint Client which is the software that controls TrackIR. You say you've tried un-installing software that may interfere, was this client one that was included in your attempts?
Finally got it solved. I had uninstalled FreeTrack along with TrackIR, but for some reason FreeTrack hadn't properly uninstalled. Sorted now. Thanks for the help Hannes and Christian.
