Problem 11002 error

    I am getting an 11002 error, DNS related. Raceroom will not move beyond the splash screen whether launched directly or in steam. How to fix?

    If I have to remove/reinstall RaceRoom, what's the best way to do so and can it be done while preserving my settings and adaptive AI results?
