it s the game i added picure of DSL and Steering wheel issues are not problem of my DSL provider

 

Maybe a dedicated Server problem. High Ping, low Specs, etc...

@Jani1980: Why are your posts so harsh if you don't like something? Why don't you write your findings in a more productive way?

With posts like "nice Flag rulez... Bullshit N1. " you will be center of discussion - not the flag-rules that should be reviewed...
And every information that you can give about an illogical situation would help to reproduce a potential bug.

 

Explains the logic of the flag rules?
What I have experienced so far in this game is a betaphase and unfortunately still far from mature.

- One is slower and lets his hind man pass slowly. Why he gets a punishment
- The foreman turns out into the grass and the track is completely free, So I can go on with a penalty for overtaking
- Your own penalties are not displayed because they are intersected with other messages

Totally agree with you. In the current state of the Flag-Rules in R3E there is something that causes ilogical penaltys. As the Dev's are Race-Fans I'm sure that they are aware of the Real-Life Flag-Rules, so I guess there is something in the code, that leads to some (for us, who don't no the code) ilogical penaltys - when multiple situations come together for example.
So if I notice something I try to write it down here and hope that it helps to reproduce the problem.
