You are not the only one seeing the problems, you can be part of the solution by providing constructive data or not. Bugs do not exist on purpose, tweaking rulesets like this will be fuzzy work, as developer you always can delay rollout only rely on limited testing or decide to ship and gather more data that way.
That's why the more data they get the better the solution can be.
And yes we are all testers in one way or another. You are around for a year now, you should know.

Otherwise you do not understand it.
I also write problematic problems or wise on it and no reaction.

You'll notice that there isn't necessarily a reaction from the devs no matter how you phrase your post about a problem. That doesn't mean that it hasn't been seen and noted though.

It's simple courtesy to address people in a reasonable manner, even if you have a genuine complaint, or to report details of a problem. The devs are busy programming and stuff, not confirming they have read every post in these forums and, ultimately, that means your problems get fixed that little bit faster than they would otherwise.

Yeah, as @SylverFyre already Stated - we won't get much reaction from the Dev-Team as they are mainly reading when having some sparetime. But there aren't only the Devs. The Beta-Testers are reading to and with every information they get, they try to reproduce the problem. If they can reproduce the problem, they insert that in the internal Bugtracker. And for those typ of work, they simply need information what happens and when...
