I ran it through google translate and google told me to go stick my nose in the corner for an hour as punishment.

 

Did some MP-practice yesterday evening, and it worked like a charm.
Even the menues and the speed at startup seem to be faster. I really like it.

A pal of mine had a (maybe) minor error though. After leaving the server the game reported an "Error 3." That one is unknown to myself.

 

doesnt start at all for me, just stops at the initial launch screen. deleted my documents per some other thread & still no dice.

I played in Multiplayer tonight and on the red bull track all advertisers, sponsors have disappeared. The track is naked. Bêta tester could you tell me if you have the same problem?

 

Yeah, i dont think this is a bug though.

Im pretty sure the devs can update the advertisements you see on those overhead banners on every track without updating the game. If you have noticed in the past, many of the ads on the tracks change every few weeks/months. I think this is due to the game being always online... they can update parts of it without the necessity to push out an update over steam. Much like how competitions can be started on their end without ever updating the game.

This may just be an 'in-between' period where they are figuring out the next set of banners to put up. I'll try to ask them regardless though, but this most likely isnt a pressing issue if they dont respond quickly

The track certainly has more of a 'track day' sort of feel to it though without all the extra race weekend banners around.

Yeah, they can and it seems they can put different ads, depending on a user. I once went into practice on Bathurst to be surprised by T-Mobile adverts in... Polish. I don't think that there is that many Poles in Australia, that this kind of advertisement is particularly worth it

if the server is configured to include the rules of the flags, the players on the server become ghosts and some players will fly out of the game, all right?

 

Didnt really know where to ask this so just take it here... Should there not be a leaderboard wipe in a update soon? Track limits rules have been tweaked here and there, which is good ofc, but that mean many times on leaderboard would never had been accepted now with the track limit rules. Like att Spa, many times you follow there when you use there racing line and follow that you always get invalid lap...

So not a big deal for me att all, since im not really a hotlapper anyway but would it not been better with a leaderboard wipe to place all people on same rules again?...
